Back to Top What are the payment methods that you accept? For local customers, we accept payment through ATM/ibanking. Payment through PayPal may be allowed in the near future. As we expand and incorporate more forms of payment such as PayPal and major credit cards, overseas customers can also enjoy a great shopping experience with us. Back to Top Do you perform meet-ups? We do not perform meet-ups at the moment. However, we may decide to have an office space or shop front in the near future and self-collection options may be available then. Only local orders will be accepted at the moment through our check-out system. However, exceptions can be made for overseas buyers. However, Jaynelles uses Singpost as our main shipping carrier. Hence, we will only send parcels to countries that are found here. By registering an account with us, your personal information will be saved in our database. As such, every time you shop at Jaynelles, you need not have to re-fill in your details again and again. You will need to register an account with us for you to complete your order. You can either sign up for an account now, or you can start shopping and set your account up once you decide to check out. The steps are as follows: 1. Add all desired products to shopping cart. 2. Review the products at Shopping Cart. 3. Click on Check-out and enter your details, along with a coupon code (if any). 4. Click on Place Order to confirm your purchase and make payment. By default, please note that items will be put on reservation for only 24 hours unless otherwise negotiated. Jaynelles will not be liable for any lost mail. We strongly advise local customers to opt for registered postage. Back to Top Local Shipping Postage fees range from $1.00 to over $3.00 per item, depending on weight of item(s). Once the parcel is mailed out, please allow 1-3 working days for the parcel to arrive safely. Back to Top Why opt for registered postage instead of normal postage? Registered postage will be delivered to your doorstep. Furthermore, they will be allocated a tracking number which allows checking of its status online. At Jaynelles, we strongly advise you to opt for registered postage. Back to Top How do I confirm an order opting for registered postage? Additional charges for registered postage is SGD$2.50 (subject to changes from SingPost). Thus, simply select "Registered postage" at the payment page after check-out has been done for your order. Back to Top Do you perform backorders for Out-Of-Stock (OOS) items? What happens to items which are OOS? In order to maintain exclusivity for our apparel, a limit will be placed on the amount of slots available for backorder. Normally, backorders will be open for tentatively 1 week and payment has to be made in advance. Stock from backorders will arrive around 1 week after backorder closes and item will be mailed out within 3 working days. More info will be provided in the product description if such a case arises. Back to Top How long will it take for my parcel to arrive at my place? The parcel will be shipped the next working day if ordered by 5.00pm, or by the following business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. For Singapore residents, the parcel will require 3-5 working days to reach you. For Overseas customers, the parcel might take 6-8 working days to reach you depending on your location.
